Pricing questions
What counts as a “pickup”?
A single specimen-transport request from your location to a destination lab. Pickups are billed per request on top of your subscription; STAT pickups carry an urgency surcharge.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees, and you can cancel any time.
Do unused pickups roll over?
Subscriptions cover platform access and features; pickups are billed as used. For high-volume months you can buy discounted pickup bundles.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time. Upgrades unlock features immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing period.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing includes two months free versus paying monthly.
